He also has experience with cross-border losses and claims with multiple claimants.
Michael has successfully completed the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. He is currently studying through the University of Calgary to complete his Bachelor of Arts (BA) designation receiving a double major in English and Greek & Roman Studies.

Mark specializes in handling complex commercial and residential property claims, course of construction/builder's risk, commercial general liability, contractor’s equipment, and hole-in-one claims.
Mark has been a key player in managing claims for various catastrophes, including the 2013 Toronto floods, multiple hailstorms, the Fort McMurray wildfires, the 2018 Muskoka area flooding, the Terrace B.C. deep freeze, and the B.C. atmospheric rains.
