Michael is the Managing Partner at Apex. He has 12 years of adjusting and management experience with various independent insurance adjusting companies. Through his career, Michael has handled substantial and complex construction, commercial property, transportation, and environmental losses. He also has experience with cross-border losses and claims with multiple claimants. 

Michael has successfully completed the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. He is currently studying through the University of Calgary to complete his Bachelor of Arts (BA) designation receiving a double major in English and Greek & Roman Studies.

Craig Mackay is a Senior Loss Adjuster who has been operating out of Southern Alberta for the past 15 years. With experience in complex commercial / residential property, transportation, cargo, equipment and liability losses, Craig brings a comprehensive approach to handling claims. 

Craig has been involved with multiple catastrophes including the Calgary flood, hailstorms, Fort McMurray wild fires, Fort McMurray flood and the B.C. atmospheric storms.

 Mark Hamilton is a Senior Loss Adjuster who started his career in Ontario from 2012 to 2022 before moving to Alberta. Mark specializes in handling complex commercial and residential property claims, course of construction/builder's risk, commercial general liability, contractor’s equipment, and hole-in-one claims.

Mark has been a key player in managing claims for various catastrophes, including the 2013 Toronto floods, multiple hailstorms, the Fort McMurray wildfires, the 2018 Muskoka area flooding, the Terrace B.C. deep freeze, and the B.C. atmospheric rains.

Keely Thompson is a skilled Administrative Assistant with a strong background in supporting insurance adjusting processes. In her current role, she plays an integral part in managing high volumes of residential and commercial claims, ensuring seamless organization, accurate documentation, and efficient communication between adjusters, clients, and stakeholders. With exceptional attention to detail and strong administrative abilities, Keely supports claims processing from start to finish, maintaining timelines and ensuring all necessary information is handled with precision. 

With a background in the restoration industry, Keely brings a comprehensive understanding of claims management, delivering reliable administrative assistance under tight deadlines. Her problem-solving abilities and dedication to professionalism ensure accuracy and smooth operations, contributing to successful outcomes in high-volume insurance environments.
